EHS ComplianceThe Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on January 12, 2025, notified regarding the revocation of actions under Stage III (‘Severe’ Air Quality) of GRAP and intensifying actions under Stage-I & II of the revised Graded Response Action Plan (December 2024).

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the Sub-Committee has revoked Stage-III actions of the revised GRAP (2024) for severe air quality in NCR but retains Stage-I and II measures for strict monitoring and implementation. 

• It further states that the construction sites closed for violations shall remain shut without specific clearance, and citizens are urged to follow GRAP-II guidelines to prevent AQI deterioration.
