Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Delhi on January 08, 2025, issued the notification regarding “Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit”.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit has been notified as the system with which information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under sub-section (2) of Section 158A of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017).
