The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 13, 2025, issued a circular regarding the implementation of recommendations of the Expert Committee for facilitating ease of doing business for listed entities- Disclosure of Integrated Filing- Governance.
The following has been stated: -
•The XBRL utility for Integrated Filing-Governance will be available from January 14, 2025, for listed entities to submit filings in XBRL form. PDF submissions for Integrated Filing-Governance will no longer be required.
•Entities must continue submitting the Corporate Governance and Investor Grievance Reports in XBRL as per current guidelines.
•Entities that have submitted the filings in PDF can resubmit them in XBRL form.
