The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, (MCI) on January 13, 2025, notified the Draft Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the e Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016.
The objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules after the expiry of a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the public.
The following has been stated-
•After clause (xxxiii), the (xxxiiia) Micro and Small Enterprises and (xxxiiib) Micro & Small Startup clauses shall be inserted.
•For Schedule I of the said rules, the SCHEDULE-I (Refer rules 4,6,11,12,35,46,49,50,53,54,60,61) A. Licence Forms, Purposes, Licensing Authority and Licence Fees shall be substituted.
