Labour Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh on January 13, 2025, issued a notification regarding the declaration of a holiday on the occasion of Kanuma.

The following has been stated: -

•The Government has declared January 15, 2025 (Wednesday) as a holiday on the occasion of "Kanuma" under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. This is a modification of the earlier order issued on December 06, 2024.

•The holiday applies to relevant institutions and departments.
