Finance & Taxation Compliance The Department of Commercial Taxes, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh on January 08, 2025, notified regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions of sections 6, 34, and 36 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on September 27, 2024.

• The provisions of sections 2-5, 7-29, 30-33, and 35 of the said Ordinance shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
