Industry Specific Compliance The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh on January 14, 2025, notified the Union Territory of Ladakh Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 specifies various definitions of the terms like Form and Section.

•Rule 3 specifies the period of gestation for clause (g) of sub-section (i) of section 2 shall be twenty-eight weeks.

•Rule 4 specifies the Submission of the report.

They shall come into force from January 14, 2025.
