The Government of Haryana on January 13, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the deadline for GSTR-8 Submission.
The following has been stated: -
•The Commissioner of State Tax, Haryana, has extended the deadline for submitting the GSTR-8 statement, detailing outward supplies through an e-commerce operator, for December 2024.
•The new deadline is set for January 12, 2025, as per the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension follows the recommendations of the Council.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into effect from January 10, 2025.
