The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on January 16, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the deadline for EPR Returns Filing.
The following has been stated: -
•The deadline for filing quarterly and annual returns under the Waste Tyre EPR Portal has been extended to January 31, 2025, for FY 2023-24.
•Registered entities must continue filing their returns during this period. EPR Certificate generation and transfer will also proceed through the portal.
•The extension has been approved by MoEF&CC via a letter dated January 15, 2025.
