The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on January 16, 2025, issued the notification regarding the timelines for filing quarterly and annual returns.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The timelines for filing quarterly and annual returns has been further extended from January 01, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
• All the registered entities on the E-Waste EPR Portal (URL: https://www.eprtewastecpcb.in) shall continue to file their quarterly and annual return till January 31, 2025 for Financial Year 2023-24.
• During this period Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Certificate generation & transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
