Commercial Compliance The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on January 16, 2024, notified regarding the date of establishment of the amendment of the Indian Standard related to Geosynthetics.

It states that the date of establishment of the amendment of IS 17373:2020 Geosynthetics — Geogrids used in Reinforced Soil Retaining Structures — Specification is January 10, 2025, and the date till which the standard without the amendment shall remain in force will be July 09, 2025.
