The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited, (NCDEX), on January 07, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions (Half Yearly from July 2024 to December 2024).
This is regarding SEBI Circular and NCDEX Circular on "Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions." Members are required to ensure compliance and submit the report for the period July to December 2024 by January 31, 2025. The report must be uploaded to the NCFE portal under the 'Compliance' tab, sub-tab 'Information Security,' under “Compliance of the SEBI circular regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions.” A report format is provided as Annexure-I for reference.
