The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on January 21, 2025, issued a circular regarding the Delivery & Invoices Settlement Schedule for February 2025 expiry contracts.
The Delivery & Invoices Settlement Schedule for the contracts expiring in February 2025 are attached as Annexure 1 & Annexure 2 to this circular.
The schedule defines the following:
• Timelines for pay-in/ pay-out of funds and commodities.
• Mode of delivery settlement for the commodities.
• Invoices settlement timelines for the commodities.
All the members are advised to adhere to the timelines for submission of delivery related documentation and ensure that the tax invoices along with the supporting documents are made available to the respective buyers as per the schedule defined in Annexure 2.
The Seller/Buyer Members are requested to correspond delivery invoicing related matters under intimation to MCXCCL on email id - [email protected]. It is further advised to preferably standardize the subject of the mail by specifying settlement no. and commodity. For e.g. 11012022001_GoldM
