Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Rajasthan on January 17, 2025, notified Rajasthan Registration (Licensing of Document Writers) Rules, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Inspector General of Registration and Document Writer.

•Rule 3 specifies Educational qualifications and other conditions of granting of licence.

•Rule 4 specifies Fixing the number of licensed document writers.

•Rule 5 specifies the Procedure for granting the license.

They shall come into force on January 17, 2025.
