Industry Specific Compliance The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), on January 21, 2025, updated Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Asset Reconstruction Companies) Directions, 2024.

The updates are issued to regulate the functioning of ARCs. Issued under Sections 3, 9, 10, 12, and 12A of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the Directions provide a comprehensive framework for efficient ARC operations.
