The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on January 21, 2025, issued a notification regarding the fixation of the Ceiling Price of I.V. Fluids under Revised Schedule-I (NLEM 2022) of DPCO, 2013.
The following has been stated: -
•The Office Memorandum dated June 05, 2024 requests companies to submit Price to Retailer (PTR) and Moving Annual Turnover (MAT) data for October 2023 in the specified format.
•The submission should include pack size, packaging details, and Form II/Form V with licenses within 10 days. Companies must also send product samples to NPPA for verification.
•This is to enable NPPA to take appropriate action based on the data provided.
