Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 22, 2025, issued a notification regarding Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) towards Authorised Persons (AP).

The following has been stated: -

•The Exchange announced an Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of Rs. 4,000 (plus GST) for APs, effective April 01, 2025, for those registered as of March 31, 2025.

•The AMC is non-refundable, even if disciplinary action is taken.

•Trading Members are advised to cancel their AP registrations by March 31, 2025, to avoid the charge.
