The Department of Labour, Employment and Skill Development, Meghalaya on January 03, 2025, issued the Draft Code on Wages Meghalaya Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Manner of calculating the minimum rate of wages has been stated
• The Norms for fixation of minimum rate of wages has been stated
• Time interval for revision of dearness allowance has been stated.
Objections and suggestion may be sent to Deputy Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Department of Labour, Employment and Skill Development, Secretariat Hills, Shillong or by email to [email protected] within 45 days from January 03, 2025.
