Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on January 20, 2025, issued the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Rules, 2025 to further amend the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996.

The following amendments have been stated:

• The existing Form XXIII-A [Patta of Residential Land (Lease Deed)] and XXIII-B [Allotment of Abadi Land/Regularisation of families possessing hutment/kucha(Lease Deed)] appended to the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996 has been substituted.

They shall come into force on January 20, 2025.
