Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Commercial Taxes Department, Puducherry on January 20, 2025, issued the notification to extend the filing of FORM GSTR-7.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The time limit for furnishing the return by a registered person, required to deduct tax at source has been extended.

• The date has been extended till January 12, 2025 for the month of December

This shall come into force on January 10, 2025
