The Government of Puducherry on January 20, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the Deadline for GSTR-8 Filing for December 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•The Commissioner of Puducherry GST has extended the deadline for submitting the GSTR-8 statement for December 2024, which details outward supplies through e-commerce operators. The new deadline is January 12, 2025.
•This extension is granted under the powers of the Puducherry GST Act, following the recommendations of the Council.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from January 10, 2025.
