•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Memorandum and Respondent or Opposite Party.

•Rule 3 specifies Information on Tenancy and timelines.

•Rule 4 specifies that the tenant details are to be uploaded and maintained by Rent Authority.

Comments/suggestions from the public can be submitted within 30 days (on or before February 22, 2025)
