Industry Specific Compliance The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on January 22, 2025, issued a public notice regarding the Launch of an Electronic Personnel License (EPL).

It is hereby notified that Flight Crew Licensing Circular (FCL) 01 of 2024, which was scheduled to be effective from 15 January 2025, has been revised. The updated effective date will be communicated shortly. All other specifications, standards, and procedures for Electronic Personnel License – Flight Crew (EPL) outlined in FCL 01 of 2024 remain unchanged.
