Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on January 01, 2025, notified Madhya Pradesh Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2024.

The following has been stated:-

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Form and Section.

•Rule 3 specifies the Period of gestation.

•Rule 4 specifies the Submission of the report.

•Rule 5 specifies Forms, etc. for giving information on births and deaths.

They shall come into force from January 01, 2025.
