The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 27, 2025, issued a circular regarding Common violations/deficiencies observed by the Exchange during the inspections of Trading Members.
The following has been stated: -
•The Exchange has shared a list of common violations/deficiencies observed during inspections of Trading Members for the period April to September 2024, following a similar notice for April 2023 to March 2024.
•The details are available on the Exchange website. Trading Members are advised to review the list, implement necessary systems and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
