The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on January 28, 2025, issued a circular regarding the Market Data – Revision in Stream.
The exchange is planning to make a few changes in the Market Data streams that are in Enhanced Market Data Interface (EMDI) and Enhanced Order Book Interface (EOBI) details as follows:
• EMDI - FUCRUDEOILM (Future contracts) and OFCRUDEOILM (Option contracts) market data dissemination will be moved from Stream 3 to Stream 1.
• EOBI- FUCRUDEOILM (Future contracts) and OFCRUDEOILM (Option contracts) market data dissemination will be moved from Stream 4 to Stream 1.
The members will be able to test updated streams for EMDI & EOBI in the Mock trading session planned on February 08, 2025. Stream master would be made available on SFTP - https://sftp.mcxindia.com/ path: /Common/Contract Master for Products.
Further, the above said changes are tentatively planned to be deployed in a live environment on February 10, 2025.
