Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Madhya Pradesh on January 28, 2025, issued the notification to prohibit the refusal of work in certain essential services.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The refusal to work in the following service is prohibited namely: -

“Personnel appointed for all the works related to the examinations of the Board of Secondary Education in the State.”

• This shall be in effect from February 15, 2025, to May 15, 2025.
