Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on January 31, 2025, issued a circular regarding Higher Bandwidth Point-to-Point Leased Line Connectivity for Members.

The following has been stated: -

•The Exchange is allowing members to connect to the trading system via 500 Mbps point-to-point leased lines for Tick-by-Tick (TBT) services. Members can either go through the Exchange’s partnership with Tata Communications Ltd (TCL) or directly with other service providers like Airtel and Microscan. 

•The annual port charge is Rs. 5 lakh plus taxes, and payment terms are specified based on the leased line's commissioning date. The Exchange acts as a facilitator for connectivity but is not responsible for any service disruptions or delays. 

•Other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the previous circular.
