The National Stock Exchange, (NSE), on January 30, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Investor Caution against Unauthorized Telegram Channels Claiming NSE Registration.
Investors are cautioned against Telegram channels such as “RJSTOCKS (BANKNIFTY)” and associated links falsely claiming NSE registration while offering market tips and account handling services. These entities are neither NSE members nor authorized persons. Investors are urged to verify registered members via NSE’s “Know/Locate your Stock Broker” tool and avoid schemes promising guaranteed returns, as such activities are illegal. NSE disclaims liability for disputes arising from such schemes, and investors will not have access to Exchange protection or grievance redressal mechanisms.
