Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange, (NSE), on January 30, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Reporting of issuance of Offshore Derivative instrument by non-bank entities in GIFT IFSC.

In accordance with IFSCA circular and NSEICC regulations, non-bank entities issuing Offshore Derivative Instruments (ODIs) in IFSC may report such issuances via the NSEICC OTC Reporting Platform (NORP) from February 03, 2025. NSEICC will provide a web-based platform for reporting, with no clearing or settlement involved. All Clearing Members must register on NORP, and non-bank entities must report through a registered Clearing Member by the 10th of each month. A token charge of USD 100 per report will apply. Members are advised to take note.
