Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 31, 2025, issued a corrigendum to an older notification.

It states that in Notification No. 08/2025-Integrated Tax (Rate), dated January 16, 2025 (Hindi version), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) on page number 26, in line 30, “paragraph 4” shall be read as “paragraph 5”.
