Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on January 31, 2025, issued the amendment to notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) regarding Tariff value of certain Oils.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Table-1 which states Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, etc. has been substituted.

• Table-2 which states Gold, Silver, etc. has been substituted

• Table-3 which states Areca nuts has no change.

This shall come into force on February 01, 2025.
