The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 01, 2025, notified regarding the amendment in the older notification no. 22/2022-Customs, dated April 30, 2022, seeks to give effect to the first tranche of India UAE CEPA.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that in TABLE I, serial numbers 1412, 1413, 1414, 1415, 1418, and 1419 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
• It states that in TABLE II, after serial number 47 and the entries relating thereto, the new serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely “47A, 47B, 47C, 47D, 47E, and 47F’.
• This shall come into force on February 02, 2025.
