The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) on February 01, 2025, issued the notification regarding the amendments to notification no. 11/2017-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2017 which states “Exemption of excisable goods”.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In the Table, against Sl No. 3, in column (3), after item (ii), in the proviso, for the figures “2025”, the figures “2026” shall be substituted
• After Annexure, in the proviso, in item (b), for the figures “2025”, the figures “2026” shall be substituted.
This shall come into force on February 02, 2025.
