The Labour Department, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh on January 08, 2025, issued the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2025, to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.
This shall come into force on January 30, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• After rule 302, a new rule shall be inserted, namely: - “303 Mukhyamantri Widow/ Single/ Destitute/ Divyang Mahila Awas Yojna”.
• After form XLVIII, Annexure A shall be added, titled: “MUKHYAMANTRI WIDOW, SINGLE, DESTITUTE AND DIVYANG WOMEN HOUSING SCHEME”.
