The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on January 31, 2025, issued a notification regarding Annual Property Returns on PRS Portal: Extension of timelines.
The following has been stated: -
•The Jammu and Kashmir Government has extended the deadline for submitting Property Returns on the PRS portal until February 15, 2025, for employees who missed the initial January deadline. Non-submission may lead to penalties under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Men and Public Servants Declaration of Assets Act and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
•Employees facing OTP or technical issues are advised to update their contact details on the CPIS portal.
•Controlling Officers and DDOs must ensure compliance. Administrative Departments are tasked with monitoring progress.
