Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) on February 03, 2025, issued the Draft Radio Telephone Operator (Restricted) Certificate and Licence Rules, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Certificate and Licence and ITU Convention.

•Rule 3 specifies the Operation of the radio-telephone apparatus.

•Rule 4 specifies Licensing Authority.

Objections or suggestions, if any, may be submitted within 15 days from February 04, 2025.
