Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Government of Haryana on January 31, 2025, issued the Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Amendment Ordinance, 2025, to further amend the Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Act, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In explanation 2 to clause (ii) of section 3 which states the “Eligibility Conditions”, the words “in a calendar year”, shall be substituted with the words “during a period of one-year contractual service”.
