Commercial Compliance The Government of Telangana on February 04, 2025, issued the notification regarding the declaring the Motor Transport Industry in the Telangana as a Public Utility Service.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Government of Telangana declared the Motor Transport Industry in the Telangana as a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

• This is for a period of six months

• This shall start on February 23, 2025.
