The Government of Rajasthan on January 29, 2025, issued the Rajasthan Start-up Policy 2022.
The following has been stated: -
•Rajasthan aims to become India's leading hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, fostering a vibrant startup ecosystem. The state's flagship iStart program has supported over 2000 startups, focusing on job creation, skill enhancement, and sector-specific innovation in agriculture, education, healthcare, and fintech.
•The Rajasthan Startup Policy 2022 encourages inclusive entrepreneurship, particularly among women, transgenders, SC/ST communities, and rural areas.
•It also promotes startups to address social issues like healthcare, environment, and rural development.
