The National Stock Exchange (NSE), on February 05, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Testing environment for the revised reporting format of the Margin Trading Facility.
This is about the Exchange Circular regarding changes in the margin trading facility (MTF) reporting format. Given these changes, the Exchange is providing a testing facility for all eligible members who have availed the MTF facility to upload daily margin trading files as per the revised format.
To assist members, the following manuals are enclosed:
Annexure A – Steps for login and user creation on the Member Portal
Annexure B – User Manual for uploading the daily margin trading file
Annexure C – Revised format for reporting
Annexure D – Applicable validations for the file format
A separate communication will be issued regarding the official implementation of the revised reporting format. Until then, members must continue uploading MTF files in the existing format through the Exchange's Member portal.
