The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on February 07, 2025, issued an amendment to Bye-laws of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited.
Members are informed that amendments have been made to the ICCL Bye-laws pursuant to SEBI circulars dated July 1, 2020, May 27, 2022, and December 16, 2022, concerning trading member defaults and the orderly winding down of clearing corporations. These amendments took effect from December 24, 2024, following their notification in the Gazette of India. The updated Bye-laws can be accessed under the ‘Byelaws’ section on the ICCL website.
