Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, (NPPA), on February 07, 2025, fixes the price as the retail price exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

The Table attached to the document shows the retail price, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, if any, in relation to the formulation specified in the corresponding entry with the strength, unit and name of manufacturer & marketing company.

Manufacturers must fix retail prices as specified in the official table.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be added only if actually paid or payable.

Manufacturers must calculate pack prices per paragraph 11 of DPCO, 2013, and submit price lists in Form-V to NPPA, State Drug Controller, and dealers.

Retailers and dealers must prominently display price lists and updates per para 24(4) of DPCO, 2013.

Prices apply only to manufacturers/marketers who applied via Form-I, complying with all statutory and licensing requirements.
