The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), on February 04, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Procedure to be followed for Subsequent applicants in respect of FDCS declared as rational by Prof. Kokate Committee.
This is in continuation to this office letter of even number dated 05.04.2023 and 06.02.2023, thereby enclosing a list of FDCs attached as Annexure-A w.r.t obtaining manufacturing licenses directly from State Licensing Authorities. A certain typographical error has been observed in the said list at sr. no. 67, 134, 1704, 1819 & 1989 and accordingly the list in supersession of the earlier list has been updated on the website of CDSCO.
