Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa, on February 06, 2025, notified the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2025 to further amend the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

The following has been stated-

•Save as otherwise provided in these rules, shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from January 23, 2025.

•After rule 16, the 16A. Grant of temporary identification number rule shall be inserted.

•FORM REG-12 form shall be substituted.
