Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Kerala on December 19, 2024, notified the Draft Kerala Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Kerala Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules,1968.

Draft will be taken for consideration after 3 months of Publication.

The following has been stated-

•In the Kerala Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968, in sub-rule (1) of rule 8, for the existing “Table” the “Table” shall be substituted.
