The Ministry of Ayush (MoA) on February 04, 2025, issued the Draft Drugs (-- Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the SCHEDULE E (I) shall be substituted namely- “LIST OF POISONOUS SUBSTANCES UNDER AYURVEDA, SIDDHA, SOWA–RIGPA, UNANI SYSTEM OF MEDICINE”.
• Any objections and suggestions on the draft rules may be sent to "the Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, AYUSH Bhawan, ‘B’ Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi – 110023" or email at: [email protected]., on or before March 8, 2025.
