Secretarial ComplianceThe India International Bullion Exchange (IFSC) Limited (IIBX) on February 06, 2025, issued a circular regarding the notification/Re-Notification of valid India-UAE TRQ holders for FY 2025-2026.

The following has been stated:

Entities planning to apply to IIBX for onboarding as valid India-UAE TRQ holders for FY 2025-26 can start the process without waiting for their TRQ authorizations/licenses from DGFT. They should refer to IIBX Circular No. 20240105-1 for the SOP and submit required documents, including the application form and additional documents for Stage-I.

For FY 2025-26, IIBX is accepting applications based on TRQ applications made to DGFT and the fees paid, speeding up the onboarding process. Stage-I applications must include certified copies of the TRQ application and fee payment evidence. IIBX will review the applications, request additional information if needed, and proceed once the application is complete, before submitting it to IFSCA.

Once the DGFT issues the TRQ authorization/license to the applicant entity, they must submit a certified copy to IIBX. This step is called Stage-II of the TRQ application process for FY 2025-26.

At Stage-II, the applicant must pay the relevant IIBX fees and charges. IIBX will then process the application and forward it to IFSCA for approval and notification as valid India-UAE TRQ holders. IIBX will notify the applicant entities once they are officially recognized by IFSCA as valid India-UAE TRQ holders.

This notice is issued under the Spot segment.
