Secretarial ComplianceThe Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on February 10, 2025, notified the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 to further amend the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018.

The following has been stated-

•In Chapter VI after existing regulation 39A the new regulation 39B. Responsibility for the use of artificial intelligence shall be inserted.
