Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Kerala on February 07, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Aadhaar Requirement for Scheme Benefits in the state. 

The following has been stated: -

•The Government of Kerala mandates an Aadhaar number or Aadhaar authentication for individuals availing benefits under the scheme. Those without Aadhaar must enroll before registering for the scheme, with temporary UHID issued for health emergencies. 

•If Aadhaar authentication fails, alternate methods like iris scan, OTP, or physical Aadhaar letters will be used. 

•No child will be denied benefits despite failing Aadhaar authentication, provided alternative documents are submitted. The policy is effective immediately upon publication in the Official Gazette.
